1. Subscription Billing

1.1 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month
  • Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year with a 20% discount
  • Prices are shown in USD and may be converted to your local currency based on current exchange rates

1.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. By continuing your subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account will downgrade to the Free Tier
  • Your portfolio(s) will remain publicly accessible unless you choose to delete them
  • You can resubscribe at any time to reactivate Pro features

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. This policy applies to:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • One-time purchases (Pro templates, premium features)
  • Any services already delivered or accessed

3.2 Refund Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount
  • Technical Failure: If you are unable to access paid features due to a technical failure on our end for more than 72 hours, we may issue a pro-rata refund
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you did not authorize a charge, please contact us immediately
  • First-Time Buyers: We may offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscribers who encounter issues

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us to resolve any issues. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to address your concerns.

5. Subscription Downgrade

If you choose to downgrade from a paid plan to the Free Tier:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your existing portfolios will remain, but you may not be able to create new ones
  • Advanced AI features will be limited
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for downgrades

6. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change via email and/or Platform notifications. Your continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Special Offers & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts. These offers are subject to specific terms and may have different refund policies. Promotional pricing is valid for the specified duration only and will convert to regular pricing at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel.

8. Account Termination & Refunds

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund. If you request account deletion, please note:

  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Any paid subscription will be canceled immediately without refund
  • Public portfolios will be removed from search engine indexing

9. Currency & Taxes

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or sales tax, based on your jurisdiction. Tax rates may vary depending on your location.
